Description
Growing up as a gymnast/ dancer I’ve always been fascinated with how the body looks and performs. It wasn’t till I found yoga I really understood the importance of how the body feels.
Often using physical exercise as an escape, when I started yoga I began to look at my body differently. My thoughts differently. My past differently. Yoga gave me the ability to challenge my physical body and at the same time gave me tools to work traumas off my mat.
