The Nordic Yoga Institute is the place where you can dive deep into the world of yoga, more specifically within Virya Yoga. For over 10 years we have trained yoga teachers of the highest quality and had hundreds of happy fellow travelers on our retreats. We are a place for improvement and everything we do we do with enthusiasm, joy and energy. We offer yoga teacher training, courses, retreats and inspiration in the spirit of yoga in the Nordics, Spain and India based in Stockholm.
