Nitya Yoga Studio

Nitya Sadhana Kudir is a Yoga and Vedanta Ashram in Kerala, South India. In this Ashram you could study various aspects of Yoga and Vedanta in depth, i.e., a detailed study of classical Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga and Vedanta. We will also introduce other Yogas such as Bhakti, Karma and Jnana. Courses are available depending on your personal interest and experience. We offer daily yoga classes, yoga retreats, yoga teacher training programs and advanced yoga teacher training programs. Upon successful completion of certain courses, you will receive a certificate. The best qualifications are your interest and willingness to learn.
