y doula support package includes two prenatal sessions and one 90 min postpartum visit. Starting at 30 weeks up until an hour after birth. We will get to know each other well during your prenatal sessions. Each visit lasts for approximately 90 minutes. I work with you to customize each session. We go over birth plan, feelings, concerns, more. My services Prenatal include-  text and phone or email consultations,full labor support during active labor, at home and the birthplace, (12 hours max then I would need to get a fill in or take a break) holding space for you one hour immediately after baby’s birth, holding space as you bond and be. I include Natural Mystic (Labor, Birth and Post Products) for momma and I keep in my doula bag to use during our time together. Ask me more to customize.
