Farah Qudsi founded Namaste Zone in 2015.
She's been into fitness and teaching since 2008.
She started her journey with being a fitness and personal trainer in different international gyms.
Then after two years she got into pilates, and finally found her path to YOGA after her 200 hours of TTC in Himalayas mountains and 500 hours of TTC in India/Rishikesh.
