I began my yoga journey in 1997. As a mother of two toddlers, I found the mental and spiritual benefits of yoga equally important to the physical. Yoga made me happy and helped me feel whole. I studied, practiced and taught Astanga Yoga for several years before I received my 200 hour certification in Kripalu Yoga. Over the years, I've practiced a variety of yoga styles and learned from many gifted teachers. I've taken the best from each of them to offer individualized yoga practices which honor the diversity of my students.
I offer private and small group Yoga Therapy Session. I'm passionate about making yoga available to all and to meeting my students right where they are! My teaching is accessible and customized to serve the specific needs of each individual or group. The heart of my teaching follows Kripalu yoga philosophy as a practice that enriches all aspects of wellness: physical, emotional and spiritual.
