Description
Morgan Adams is a 200-hour E-RYT who teaches weekly Vinyasa and Ashtanga classes and international yoga retreats. Her classes are strong and creative, yet light-hearted and open-level. She encourages you to step out of your comfort zone, knowing you are supported mentally and physically. Inversions are by far her favorite, while Ashtanga helps her maintain complete self-practice. Morgan is currently pursuing her 500-hour Y.T.T. with Yoga Medicine. Outside of yoga, she has combined her love of travel and jewelry to form her own handmade jewelry business, One.With.Nature (O.W.N.).
