Yoga is a 5000-year-old health science, and Astanga Yoga is an ancient classical form including eight limbs or levels of study. Lex teaches Astanga Vinyasa Yoga taught in the tradition of Sri K Pattabhi Jois, previously of Mysore India, and Beryl Bender Birch, of the Hard and Soft Astanga Yoga Institute.
