Mindful & Embodied was founded by Nats Buchi, E-RYT 500. Mindful & Embodied is a concept that needed a platform for creation. Many people think of Yoga as exercise or stretching. It also has evolved to be recognized for its benefits with stress or helping with pain. While it can and does do those things it does so much more, It can assist you on a very intense ride through the playground we call Life.
