I believe exercise is the only way to stay young. I became an ACE-certified Personal Trainer in the year I turned 60. I'm a playwright and was well aware that my chosen profession's passive aspect was not good for my body. Becoming a personal trainer and group exercise instructor has become the perfect balance. I am guided by your body and your knowledge of how you move. Blending yoga, tai chi, mind/body, pilates, high- and low-intensity cardio, and progressive resistance training, I create fun and effective workouts. My energy and sense of fun are contagious. I enter the classroom as a teacher and student, always curious to learn something new.
