Founded in 2005 by Master Baptiste Teacher Mark White, MBody Yoga is Florida’s first Baptiste Power Yoga Affiliate Studio. With two locations—one in the Southside area of Jacksonville; the other in nearby Neptune Beach—MBody Yoga opens up the practice to anyone looking for a challenge. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you will find a place for your mat at MBody.
