Description
Flavia is a spiritual master, who dedicates her life to share the teaching around the world.
Originally from Italy she decided to mover to the middle east to share her knowledge in Dubai.
She is a mother of Guia and Jacopo, and she is living in Dubai and Milan.
Flavia has been doing yoga and pilates for more than 2o years.
Her first contact with Yoga was a regular practice with Luca Compare and Barbara Zerbini.
Her foundation came with her completion of 500 hours training certificate with Satyananda School.She studied with Lisetta Landoni (kriya Yoga ), Elena De Martin (Asthanga ), and she found her spiritual guide with Vinay Kumar (Prana Vashya ).
She is following the teachings of Thomas Yorman Vitulano actively studying at the esoteric school Sei.
For the last two years she managed the department of Yoga and Pilates at M&A in Dubai.
