Maha Shanti Yoga

Each with more than 16 years teaching experience, we are both Experienced Registered Yoga Teachers (E-RYT 500) with the Yoga Alliance accredited with more than 500 hours of teacher training and more than 2000 hours of teaching experience. Fully certified in Hatha Yoga, our teacher training experience has been based on the traditional Indian gurukulam system of education, living in an ashram setting while studying under the tutelage of the master teacher.

Having met during our initial Yoga teacher training at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center in Kerala, India in 2004, we have since then continued our Yoga journey together. and in 2011, both completed our intensive Advanced Yoga Teacher Training with the International Vasishta Yoga Research Foundation, also in Kerala, India.
