Maha Bandha translates to the "Great Lock" or "Supreme Lock" in yoga. It is a combination of three important bandhas (locks) in the body, which when practiced together, help to control the flow of prana (life force) and promote physical and mental harmony.

When practiced together, Maha Bandha creates a complete energetic seal, directing prana through the central channel (Sushumna Nadi), helping practitioners to awaken higher states of consciousness and achieve greater physical vitality.
