Description
Linda Becker is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500 hour level registered with Yoga Alliance. She is a certified Urban Zen Integrative Therapist (UZIT) and a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) with The International Association of Yoga Therapists. Also a Master Reiki teacher and trained in Essential Oil Therapy, Linda has been offering public and private instruction since 2007.
Linda is committed to introducing the benefits of these practices, empowering clients to participate in their own health care. The benefits of simple movements, breath awareness techniques, meditation, Reiki and aromatherapy promote healing and a sense of well-being for everyone- even those who are struggling with health or physical challenges
