Katherine began her Holistic Journey of Healing due to her own health back in 2006. Since then it has shifted her lifestyle from the Legal Criminal Justice field into the Holistic Health Field. She has been in practice and within a professional study of Holistic & Transpersonal Psychology, Hypnotherapy, Spiritual & Energetic Healing and within the Holistic Health field as a Practitioner since 2010. In 2013, she has integrated the study and practice of Ayurveda at the dhyana Center of Education (taught by DeAnna Batdorff) and Chinese Medicine with Acupressure (Acupressure Institute) within her practice and her lifestyle. Katherine completed an Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher Training in 2016 where she expands her work in being in service and reinforcing the tools of empowerment through movement of meditation and through dance.
