Hi there, I'm Colleen! I live in SF Bay Area with my husband & pup! I was born & raised in Philadelphia, PA where my love yoga began! I'm a holistic health coach and Yoga Medicine RYT practicing full time in the Bay Area. Livingleen is a chronicle of my journey through the wellness world & discovery of my optimal self.
