Little Ocean Yoga

Little Ocean Yoga is a non-heated yoga studio located in the heart of North Palm Beach, Florida.  Founded by Lizzy Moore, Little Ocean Yoga was created to offer yoga students a more friendly, personalized yoga experience. Our studio is a small, welcoming environment where everyone from yoga beginners to longtime yoga enthusiasts can hone their yoga practice at whatever level they are at.
