Through my own experiences of depression, anxiety, and burnout, yoga tools have continuously helped me nourish my mental health while offering insight into living a life aligned with my truth.
Yoga, as is life, is a process: a living, breathing tradition of Svadyaya or self-study.
Yoga is mainly thought of as stretching in the West when it is rooted in an ancient spiritual tradition for reducing suffering. Clinical research shows how yoga impacts the nervous system to reduce stress, improve sleep, balance the endocrine system, and boost the immune system while connecting oneself to a sense of purpose.
