Our main goal at Life Yoga Studio is to make sure you have fun with your practice. We are all talented, fun instructors that know how to enjoy yoga with a light heart. Life Yoga Studio is a non-heated Yoga studio because we believe that building our internal heat for the benefits of practice is natures way of intending it. We are not here to sweat you into a puddle, we are here to relax you and rejuvenate your mind, body and soul. Strong Body. Strong Mind. Empowered Life.
We are westernized and take what we believe is a modern, Western approach to Yoga that means all of our poses are introduced in English as well. We have classes for all levels from beginners to seasoned Yogis as well as a reputable 5 star prestigious Yoga Teacher Training Program certified by the International Yoga Alliance.
Life Yoga Studio boasts 12 ft ceilings, beautiful warm lit chandeliers, large windows and sheer, elegant curtains to create a beautiful ambiance complimented by modern, sleek, soft flooring. All cleaning products used at Life Yoga Studio are eco friendly and naturally derived.
