Leah Ayurveda

I began studying Ayurveda in late 2011, but my path to Ayurveda began lifetimes ago. Like so many I have struggled with my own health and well-being throughout this life. I have struggled with weight, pain, digestive issues, depression, anxiety, self esteem and other more serious illnesses. I have tried many fads, many different diets, jobs, places, relationships all leaving me unsatiated. I was looking for health, comfort, and enjoyment in all the wrong places, namely as something that I could find externally.
