Teacher and researcher at the University and Haute Ecole for 20 years, I had the pleasure of working with specialists in stress management, biofeedback / cardiac coherence, and cardiology (see scientific articles published below).
Then, life took me to Yoga, a holistic approach that harmonizes body, mind, and emotions. This is how I found the calm and the strength to be reborn after a severe burnout and even heal chronic health problems.
Now, founder of the "La Voie vers Soi" center in Ottignies, I organize health and well-being Yoga activities. My values are listening, benevolence, mindfulness, confidence in Life and Nature, and each's potential.
The originality of my approach is to combine my scientific knowledge with the body-mind practice of Yoga. Through the body, the movement, the breathing, the philosophy of life of the Yoga-Sutras, I accompany you towards health, well-being, harmony with what is, and towards your Mission of life.
