Kundinyasa School

Adesh is the Founder of Kundinyasa School of Yoga, Inspired Purpose Consulting (IPCRealSolutions.com), and Co-Founder of Rooted Kava Bar (rootedkavabar.com).  Adesh is a pioneer with a revolutionary style of yoga which she has been bringing to students for over 10 years and leading 200hr Yoga Alliance recognized Kundinyasa certifications for the past 8 years.  What she is doing differently is introducing the knowledge and practice of Vinyasa yoga (including alignment, modifications, props, adjustments, and sequencing) into the Kundalini Yoga arena.  This innovative fusion prepares students bodies to do the Kundalini practices with more precision and ease, thereby allowing them to achieve deeper expanded states of awareness.
