I have been in the fitness industry for over 17 years and I am currently an IFTA personal trainer and E-RYT 200hr and RYT 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. I am also the creator and director of Dynamic Yoga Barre Fundamental Training. I found the love of yoga later in my fitness career, after a neck injury forced me to give up teaching my high impact classes and focus on a more healing approach to fitness. After practicing yoga for three years, I decided to get certified. Yoga has strengthened me mentally, emotionally, and physically. Being able to come to my mat, be present in the moment, and completely let go, has truly had a positive affect on my life. I feel blessed to share what I have learned and I am always open to learning more. I am known in the yoga community as an outgoing and playful teacher, who brings a strong and dynamic flow that will give you a deep understanding of the practice and cultivate body awareness. My mission is to inspire people to live empowered, creative, and vibrant lives through the practice of yoga and meditation. One in which our true nature of clarity, happiness, and peace is cultivated, so that we may experience the challenges of our lives with an open-hearted ease.
