Fold the index fingers so that they touch the tip of the thumbs.
Straighten the other three fingers of each hand so that they are relaxed and slightly apart.
Lace the hands on the knees. Relax the hands and arms.

While doing this mudra focus on your breathing and mind.
Keep your spine and neck straight.
Cautions and Limitations
Don't push the tips of fingers and thumbs of both hands, just make an easy contact.
Don't have to make your fingers hard and straight, just make them relax.
