Iyengar Yoga Yogakshema

The pranpratishtha of the Iyengar Yoga Centre Yogakshema, Delhi NCR’s, was performed by Padmashri Yogacharya BKS Iyengar on April 25th, 2008 in the august presence of Former Vice President of Indian Republic Mr. Bhairon Singh Shekhawat, Former Deputy Prime Minister of Indian Republic Mr. L K Advani, Former HRD & Science & Technology Minister Mr. Murli Manohar Joshi and other dignitaries. The building is an aesthetically designed unique structure - built on stilts – surrounded by a landscaped water body. For the construction of this center, the architect has adopted the Egyptian principle of the golden proportion.
