Iyengar Yoga Silent Dance Center

IYSDC is a vibrant community of Iyengar Yoga practitioners, students, and teachers in Honolulu Hawai. For over forty years, people in Hawai‘i have gathered at our center to practice Iyengar Yoga. In March we temporarily closed our studio doors and began offering all our classes and workshops live-online. Our teachers are the heart of our studio, and the community of students, practitioners, and teachers together form our center.
