It's Yoga

Established in 2000, It’s Yoga was the first Registered Yoga School in the Tri-State Area approved by the national Yoga Alliance to train yoga teachers. As a result, we provide exceptional teachers and an amazing array of yoga styles that appeals to all fitness levels . We are a teacher centric yoga school that is not focused on one style. Our teachers are chosen based on their unique background and experience in yoga. All of our teachers and yoga training programs are approved by Yoga Alliance from RYT 200 – 500.
