Cristina Iris is a student and trauma-informed instructor of yoga who continually seeks out integrative and sustainable approaches to balance the mind-body connection.
Informed by a career as a coach and doula, Iris shares resources and information with unconditional positive regard so that individuals can grow their own intuition and unique gifts in their own time. With the belief that optimal health and wellness is for all bodies, and with the understanding that there’s a long way to go before this is a reality, specialized support is offered primarily to marginalized communities comprised of BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ individuals, survivors of domestic violence and assault, people with special needs, non-English speakers, youth and teenagers, and people who are incarcerated, to name a few.
