Inspira Yoga

nspira Yoga was founded by Mark Ansari and Raquel Salvador. Following many years of yoga practice, teaching and training, Mark and Raquel set up Inspira Yoga with an aim to give students the tools they need to shine and discover their full potential.

Inspira Yoga is a Registered Yoga Alliance School for 200 and 500 hour Teacher Training Courses (take a look at our page on the Yoga Alliance website).  We are dedicated to offering Yoga Teacher Training Courses and retreats around the world, embracing the study and practice of a variety of yoga techniques. Inspira Yoga currently runs 1-year trainings and 3-week intensive trainings.
