Our Innerwork Classes are dedicated to help you achieve the desired changes in your body, breath, and mind, all with joy.
Sometimes it seems intimidating to do yoga even if you have been wanting to try it. With a nurturing environment, our well-trained instructors consider your goals and needs in every class. We encourage fun and laughter as we guide you lengthen and strengthen your body. Come, start with us!
