Featuring natural sunlight from the windows along with warm & inviting bamboo floors, our Surya Studio (Room A) is perfect for our more traditional styles of yoga and makes for the dreamiest thai-yoga massage/treatment room, too! Enjoy workshops, kids/youth classes and even acro-yoga in this comfortable space. It is the first door to the left upon entering the studio. Here you'll find nicely sized bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets to use as tools and/or for comfort. Mat rentals are available for $3. Please leave your shoes under the benches in the hall, thank you.
