At Hot on Yoga our mission is to provide a genuine and fulfilling hot yoga practice that will contribute to the physical and emotional health of our students. Yoga has the potential to be a lifelong practice, especially when you are encouraged to come and just do the best that you can. We offer two types of hot yoga; traditional and power vinyasa. Both are suitable for beginners, and offer multiple benefits including increases in flexibility, balance, strength, elevated mood, weight loss.
