Home Of Light Yoga Vidya

Home of Light Yoga Vidya was established in India in 2009 with the blessings of our Guruji Yogacharya Dr. Raparthi Rama Rao of the traditional Himalayan lineage and the support of a group of Yoga Pracharaks (spreaders of traditional yoga).

In 2019, we established a presence in Bangkok, Thailand connecting yoga practitioners from different parts of the world. Through the practice and the learning with us, yoga practitioners can learn authentic Indian traditional yoga and start a true yogic journey.

Our practice strictly follows the ancient yogic techniques of the traditional Himalayan lineage with the origin, essence and integrity preserved since ancient times. The knowledge received from our gurus and experience from our own practices have transformed our lives. Therefore, we aim to spread the true message of Indian traditional yoga so that more people will benefit from the practice.
