I’m a registered Yoga Instructor, Board certified Ayurveda Counselor, a lover of nature, and an enthusiast for words. I created Home Grown Health as a service to the harmony of life and everyones right to be in tune with it. It is my intention to be of support to you on your healing journey, sharing the wisdom of Yoga, Ayurveda, and other holistic tools I have come to know over the years through my own experiences.
I first stepped in to the world of Yoga when I was in the midst of a career & relationship that simply put, didn’t serve me, and on top of that, health imbalances that allopathic medicine couldn’t seem to help. I felt hopeless, lost, & confused. I didn’t know much about Yoga outside of it being a physical practice but in that I found a refuge and poured myself in to the practice, going to the local studio almost every day, sometimes twice a day if time permitted.
