Why am I unhappy! Why am I sick!
WHY!!!
I needed more than waking, working, only to repeat it day after day.
I needed more, I began taking private yoga classes with Christy, which lead to attending my first yoga retreat where my world changed and I wanted to learn more! I immediately signed up for yoga teacher training, not sure I would ever teach I really wanted it for my personal growth. I had no idea it would change my life, my path and my heart leading me back to ME!
