Happy Yoga is the only studio in the Ruhr area that offers Anusara Yoga. Founded in 2007 the kula has been growing constantly and now settled in the very center of Essen-Ruettenscheid right between the “Stern” and the “Markt“, the local farmers’ market. Apart from yoga, Julia creates events like flee markets, Kirtan to strengthen the community, offers donation based classes, and takes her students on fields trips. If you’re looking for a place where people call you by your name, where you can chat with other students or spend your time before class in silence if you wish, sign up online for a class! We speak English if necessary, but we also make you learn body parts in German
