Description
Britt Foster started her yoga journey in 2008 while recovering from severe depression and anxiety related to thyroid disease. In 2012, Britt started her yoga teacher certification at Lincoln Yoga Center and graduated with her 200 Hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) in 2013. Britt has been inspired by all the benefits of yoga and has pursued continuing education in Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga. She is currently enrolled in Lincoln Yoga Center’s 300 Hour Program to receive her 500 Hour RYT Certification. Britt has over 1,000 hours teaching yoga and has earned her E-RYT 200 (the “E” is for experienced). This has enabled her to become a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider).
