Description
Like many seekers from an early age I had a yearning to understand the why of life and its complex experiences, I began to meditate at the age of 14 alone at home through an old yoga book by my father, in 1996 after having done different Buddhist meditation practices and other styles I began to take my first yoga classes, and I found the path of meditation and my Master, meditation is a practice and a fundamental spiritual path in my life, which teaches how to live with awareness, I taught that discipline is a source of joy, and that the heart is a place that keeps amazing states of peace and bliss, meditation has taught me that through regularity we can transform ourselves, our mind as well as our perception of the body and the world around us, to look at it with awe and appreciation to make it what it is: a place of deep respect and appreciation, a sacred place.
