I’m a teacher and student of movement and meditation. I’ve been moving since birth and teaching for over twenty years. My style is thoughtful and intentional, weaving asana with elements of dance and a deep connection to the breath.
I guide others in studios, in schools, and in treatment centers.
I don’t believe in “good vibes only”, but I do believe that love is the answer.
Ballet and ashtanga are my first loves, though both look much different now. I don’t stand on my head anymore and you'll rarely see me offer that in my classes
