Ekant Yoga is a registered Yoga school by Yoga Alliance and our programs are internationally recognised and accepted by the yoga community across the globe. Our philosophy is to preserve and teach the ancient spiritual wisdom of Yoga, while utilizing creative sequencing and modern ideas of alignment, physiology and form. Each yoga retreat, yoga teacher training, workshop and class by our senior teachers offers the student a spiritual journey. Instead of simply teaching the poses, we teach the science of self-liberation through yogic practice.
