Stacey's love for yoga introduced her to many styles and traditions with deep roots in Ashtanga, Iyengar, and ultimately Anusara® Yoga. Anusara showed her the benefits and results from a practice that focuses on the biomechanics of the body connected to philosophical theming that delivers a message that is both uplifting and inspiring. As a Certified Anusara® Yoga teacher with advanced therapeutic training, Stacey's classes are taught from 25 years of deep study and the exploration of her own personal practice. Students are attracted to her alignment-based vinyasa style that integrates thoughtful sequencing with articulate cues that will guide students progressively into peak postures with safety and integrity.
