Description
The type of yoga I teach combines :postural movement and body awareness; with psychological awareness and emotional movement. This happens through bringing intention and attention to our mind, body, and spirit, and integrating these internal rhythms with our everyday actions and experiences. As a mental health professional, Buddhist practitioner, and experiential educator I’m able to tailor the yoga I offer to address specific needs in goals. I am dedicated to providing an experience that is accessible and empowering for all bodies of varied abilities and diverse expressions. I’m a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists and I’m committed to upholding the code of ethics outlined by this organization.
