Description
I started practicing yoga regularly over 25 years ago (almost 50 years ago if you count the times I practiced with my mom on our living room floor with Lilias on PBS TV)! I was a reluctant gym-goer, so the first time I did Hot Yoga, I was delighted to find something that made me feel so good and it kept me coming back. Over the years, I found many other styles of yoga that I like and realized the added benefit of the practice; not only does it de-stress my mind, but I have also connected to something greater than myself.
