We are a new and exiting business operating on the Central Coast NSW.

We specialise in SUP Yoga, SUP Pilates and offer Paddleboard  lessons and Hire at The Entrance Channel (Karagi Park),We also specialise in Aerial yoga,Aerial Pilates and Aerial Fitness and currently offer monthly Aerial workshops .We sell a range of quality yoga products which are available online and are currently developing  new  workshops and services to help our beautiful community with a range of issues.
