Michelle Barnette has come to Ohio from Minneapolis where began her studies in nutrition, emotional health and applied kinesiology, and from there began teaching yoga in 2009 to continue her commitment to natural health. She encourages her students to find a balance between effort and ease where we can de-clutter and restore balance, gradually opening to that place within where we reside as our own best teacher.
Her experiences began with a five year mentorship at the clinic of Dr. Nikolai Alenov II, D.C., L.Ac. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training through CorePower Minneapolis in 2009 and has personal training certification through NASM. She has moved to Ohio with her husband Justin.
