Moon Pose
Candrāsana, or Moon Pose, is a yoga asana that is meant to represent the gentle, calm energy of the moon. It is a standing balance pose that stretches and strengthens the entire body, especially the sides and hips. This asana also helps to improve focus, balance, and flexibility while promoting a sense of calmness and stability.
Side Stretch:
As you inhale, slowly bend to the left, bringing your right arm over your head in a semicircular motion while keeping the body aligned.
Keep the hips squared and the chest open. Reach as far as possible with the right hand, aiming to create a long curve from your left foot through your fingertips.
