Calm Living Studio

Augusta Kantra (MS, LPC, YACEP, CMMT & E- RYT 500) and David Kantra (MS, PsyD, CMMT & E-RYT 500) are the lead teachers in this training. They have extensive experience in teaching both teachers and students and in the teaching methods that result in a deeply integrated training. They completed both their 200-hour and 500-hour trainings with Rolf Gates, and then went on to team with him to do teacher trainings for several years.  They maintain that being a student is a fundamental element of being a good teacher. They are passionate about being — and about teaching — teachers and students.
