Tory is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 hours teacher with over a thousand hours teacher training and the lead trainer at Kula Life Yoga School in Barbados. Her journey began over a decade ago in an Anusara class, as a way to support her pregnancy recovery.

Her dedication deepened and after 3 years of practise, she took a 200 hr intensive teacher training with Ganga White and Tracey Rich at White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara. This was followed by a more extended and in depth study with Certified Anusara Teacher Bridget Woods Kramer.  She completed her second 200hr Certification with  Bridget in 2013 and started Bridget’s 300 hr Advanced Teacher Training programme that same year.  Keeping to the Anusara lineage, Tory completed her Advanced teacher training at The Rasa Yoga School with Sianna Sherman and continues to study with Rasa Yoga Collective
