Bent Dog Yoga

At Bent Dog Yoga and Pilates we have designed our classes to be accessible to everyone both physically and financially. We give back. BDY donates to various charities and we stand by our belief that health and wellness should be accessible to everyone by sporadically offering free classes to our amazing patrons.

Bent Dog Yoga and Pilates has been open since 2008. We serve the Fox Valley and surrounding areas of St. Charles, Geneva, Batavia, and Elgin.
